Chad Mucciante, General Sales Manager for Heritage Buick-Mazda-GMC, has been working in the automotive industry since 2001. He began his career as a Sales Representative for a central Illinois car dealership, where he gained sales process experience and was promoted to Finance Manager within four years. After two years gaining experience in that field, Chad took on the Finance Manager position at another Midwest dealership, where he grew his customer service and financial knowledge for two years. In 2009, he advanced to his current position with Pearl Automotive, where he is responsible for productivity and consumer satisfaction.
